• Messages or inquiries you submitted to us
• Subscription or mailing list records
• Any other identifiable personal data associated with your request

4. Exceptions

We may retain certain information where required by law, for fraud prevention, to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. In such cases, we will inform you of the data retained and the reason.

5. Facebook / Meta Data Deletion

If you have interacted with our brand through Facebook or Meta platforms and wish to have your associated data deleted, you may submit a request through Facebook's own data deletion tools, or contact us directly and we will coordinate removal on our end.

We do not retain any Facebook user data beyond what is necessary for basic analytics and advertising performance measurement.

6. Response Time

We aim to process all data deletion requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. For complex requests, we may take up to 90 days and will notify you accordingly.

7. Confirmation

Once your deletion request has been processed, we will send a confirmation to the email address provided. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
